Guide for presentation

GUIDELINES  FOR  ORAL PRESENTATIONS


The term for each presentation will be listed in the program posted on the website of the Symposium.


 PCs and projectors will be available in all lecture halls.


Oral Presentations should be provided as a Microsoft Power Point presentation. Please do not include movie sequences or internet links into presentation and make sure that file size remains as small as possible when including images.


Time for presentation is limited to 10 minutes, except for Plenary Lectures.


Speakers are asked to submit their Power Point presentation in English language to the technical staff of the Symposium before the start of the session (minimum 15 minutes before).


Speakers are kindly asked to stay in the hall during the time foreseen for discussion.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters will be displayed on board size 70 x 100 cm (width x height) in the poster hall. 

Registration at the Poster-desk is necessary, where you will get a notice of the number of panels, the session in which your poster is deployed, as well as help for putting up a poster if you need it. 

Posters should include a title, names  of authors and their addresses, abstract, introduction, materials  and methods, results, discussion (or a combined results and discussion), conclusion, acknowledgments (if any), references.

Title: uppercase, bold, centered, up to 100 characters without spaces.


Poster authors are expected to attend the poster session and to be present next to their posters during the time foreseen for discussion.

Oral or poster presentations will not be allowed unless the registration fee has been paid (except for Plenary Lectures).
